Welcome to the Village of Blacks Harbour

Change of Date - The Great Fundy Cleanup

Sunday, July 24

Due to the high probability of thunderstorms forecast for Saturday, the Great Clean-up has been shifted to Sunday.  All other times stay the same.

Letís celebrate the beautiful and diverse Bay of Fundy, while also helping to keep it clean!
We will be venturing to the Connors Bros. Nature Preserve at Pea Point for a cleanup event and we are looking for volunteers to join our team. This is part of a larger event called the Great Fundy Cleanup which will involve multiple sites through-out Charlotte County.  To see a map of the proposed sites, please click on the attachment below.

For more information and to register for the cleanup of Pea Point, please contact the Village Office.

Register for the Blacks Harbour Public Alert System

Residents are advised that there is a new public alert system for Blacks Harbour called Sentinel.  This system will be used in the future to inform the public of major water system disruptions, such as a Boil Order, extended power outages or any other significant situation.  Door-to-door notices will not be used in the future.  Once registered for the system, residents will receive an automated phone message, text message or email with the necessary information.

If anyone requires assistance registering for the system, please call or visit us at the Municipal Office and we will be glad to help.  Please click here to register.
