Welcome to the Village of Blacks Harbour

Fog Festival Planning Meeting -

Wednesday, July 27 @ 6:00 pm

It's that time of year again to confirm events and volunteers for our annual Fog Festival.  The success of the festival depends on our volunteers.  If you would like to organize an event, or help with the festival, for a day or an hour, you are invited to attend a planning meeting of the Recreation Committee on Wednesday, July 27 @ 6 pm in Council Chambers.

Register for the Blacks Harbour Public Alert System

Residents are advised that there is a new public alert system for Blacks Harbour called Sentinel.  This system will be used in the future to inform the public of major water system disruptions, such as a Boil Order, extended power outages or any other significant situation.  Door-to-door notices will not be used in the future.  Once registered for the system, residents will receive an automated phone message, text message or email with the necessary information.

If anyone requires assistance registering for the system, please call or visit us at the Municipal Office and we will be glad to help.  Please click here to register.

Community Calendar

Do you have an event, game or practice you would like to have included in our Community Calendar?  If so, please email your information to info@blacksharbour.ca and we will include it on our website.
